Must Have!

I must have a strapless red plaid dress!! It is the best winter dress ever!

Today was my first real day at work. I really liked it. I even love how we pick up the phone: "It's a wonderful day at the Office of Public Health Practice, how may I help you?" Isn't that great? Every one there is super nice.

Christmas is like 20 days away, eeeek! I have none of my shopping done. Shawn doesn't check my blog so I can write about what I want to get him. He needs a new winter coat so I am trying to find him one that I like. Also, there is our Christmas Child. Ashley and I "adopted" a little angel off one of the trees in the mall. Ours is an eight year old little girl. This really melted my heart, her special requests are "horses, a Christmas Bear, a Barbie and Barbie stuff and a dollhouse". I think Shawn is getting her the dollhouse so Ashley and I are getting everything else. In addition to the toys she needs shoes, pants, a shirt and a dress coat. Old Navy has a cute little girls dress coat I saw online today. It is pea coat style and winter white, which is probably not the best color choice for a child. I am going to go look at it when I get a payday. I can't wait!
