Fire Dance, Visits from Truman's ghost, and Chanel

The Frashleys are anxiously counting down until we can do the Fire Dance. Not to be confused with Fire Island. The Fire Dance has nothing to do with nuditiy. Although, the Fire Dance is an act of liberation, as is going to a nude beach for some.

So strange! Saturday night after we came back from the football game we were watching TV while we were getting ready for bed. Then, the TV suddenly and mysteriously cut off for no reason. Truman, is it you? We have pink champagne and are open to the idea of sharing with ghosts. Feel free to bring Marilyn along.

I have decided football games and just walking around campus in general would be so much better if I have Chanel sunglasses. Not to mention what an improvement it would be on driving. Hmmm, an idea for my next paycheck for sure. Also, I am really liking the Black Satin nail polish by Chanel. It is expensive, even on eBay and I am certain even though it is "in" this season I could never get away with wearing it to work. So many people still associate it with goth. I would rock it in the club, with a black shirt, my grey plaid short-shorts and 9-West wedges.

$47 on ebay when it retailed for $18, before selling out? (Oh, which version is it ... the made in France version, or the limited edition USA version?)
The Blue Book's Fashion Sense editor informed me that Essie's "Licorice" is a reasonable alternative (though certainly not a substitute) if Chanel's Black Satin remains in short supply ... which it apparently will be for the foreseeable future.
